Shipping policy

At Scrubly, once we receive your order, we'll work to get it shipped from our warehouse as quickly as possible — typically within 1–2 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.
Please double-check that all delivery details at checkout are accurate and complete, including street number, apartment or unit number, and any special delivery instructions.
Scrubly is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an address error, the customer may need to cover any additional shipping or redelivery costs before the order can be resent or refunded.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order anytime at scrubly.com/tracking.
Delivery times from shipment typically range from 5–10 business days , though most orders arrive sooner. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or by location.
